Failing to enforce a provision once doesn't forfeit our right to enforce it later.

Notice a bug? Security vulnerability? System anomaly? Report it immediately through official support channels.

1.4 Access Restrictions and Termination

Slurvenix™ may limit or revoke your Platform access—temporarily or permanently—if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms;
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe you're engaged in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent conduct;
  • Your actions threaten our system's integrity, operations, or reputation.

We accept no liability for any consequences.

The Platform connects you to independent third-party offerings, transactions, and services ("External Providers").

1.5 External Providers and Independent Products

What Slurvenix™ doesn't do with External Providers:

  • We don't employ, supervise, or endorse them;
  • We make no guarantees about their quality, accuracy, legality, or reliability;
  • We bear no responsibility for commitments they make outside this Platform;
  • We reference their content solely for your convenience and awareness.
